Cinnamon was a show quality dog purchased more as a pet. In Canada I took handling lessons and started showing her. She is also AKC pointed but was not shown much in the US until she was older. While Cinnamon has had training in agility and lure coursing, I have never competed her due to timing on her litters and then her age. She was always the most agile of our ridgebacks (our mountain goat) until she reached the age of 12 when she started slowing down.

Cinnamon’s first litter, sired by Ch. Filmakers Blazing Blue Star, was a nice small litter of four, with Asia achieving a #8 RRCUS Bitch placement in 2002.

Cinnamon’s second litter, sired by Ch. Calico Ridge Baobab Chivindi, produced Jewel, who achieved the #1 Ridgeback Bitch placement in 2004, and Bri, who is working on her achieving her Versatility Title.

Cinnamon passed away in July 2006.
